Disappointed

After calling staples printing center to make sure they could do what I wanted, I drove almost an hour away from where I live. I walked in and was ignored for over 5 min. After some time the person behind the counter looked at me looked at me and said "what do you want ?" My first thought was "WOW" I was instantly embarrassed to ask for the prints that wanted. I proceeded to tell her what I needed after my initial shock. The lady behind the counter continued being very rude to me as she looked at my media and give me a lecture about what "her" printers can and cannot do.... When I tied to explain to her that I had called and was told that what I wanted could be done she said well "they lied!" I was going to ask for someone else to come help me when I looked at her name tag to my disappointment she was the manager! I will never go into this store again. I felt like a nuisances. I was very very disappointed ... No print and embarrassed.
